About Elana Weiss
My name is Elana “Lana” Weiss and throughout my career as a social worker I have obtained my bachelor’s in social work through Arizona State University and my masters in social work through Our Lady of the Lake University. I have an extensive background in the behavioral and mental health field and have worked with all populations currently working within a Collaborative Care Model (CoCM) setting in several primary care offices. I am a motivated self-starter and love learning new modalities to incorporate into my sessions with my patients. I strive to have great communication with my team and patients and pride myself on my leadership skills. I have my LMSW and recently finished my clinical hours and will be working on obtaining my LCSW. I am passionate about helping others and always remain goal oriented. My friends and colleagues would describe me as driven, diligent, focused and compassionate.
