Responsible for the creation of a global order management organization, supporting all closed/won business and customer provisioning. Built and trained a fully functional team in under 8 months during Covid, successfully consolidating the reconciliation activities from five teams into one. Combining finance and project management skill set to create Coupa’s first business transformation team, tackling cross functional business process challenges, leveraging automation to simplify work tasks. Drove back-office integration of four major acquisitions and supported the overall take private event, that saw Coupa get acquired by Thoma Bravo (Private Equity). Part of organizational consolidation creating the Commercial Finance organization, while simultaneously building a Partner Management team from scratch to support all payment partners.

Responsible for all order forms, including terms and conditions, ensuring proper bookings treatment and execution. Built Partner Management organization to support global reseller operations and all transactional partner activities, including script management and quarterly reporting / reconciliations- Work in partnership with Deal Desk and Sales Field Operations to report correct ARR/ACV bookings on a monthly basis, ensuring alignment with commissions and commercial policy - Key business partner and pricing committee member, ensuring proper operational controls and defined migration plan for all new product offerings or packaging changes - Operationalized consumption-based billing process for Coupa Pay product, including the quarterly invoicing and collection support for customer invoices- Drove several significant business transformation projects across the company, including the automation of nonemployee onboarding, the enhanced customer decommissioning process, and a framework to report Coupa Pay monthly transactional revenue
