This reduced ongoing incidents for 150k devices by 20% and improved performance.\\\\n• Shortened language pack install by 55%(7 min) and increased success rate by 20% by leveraging a latest Windows 11 feature and leading a 3-product-team alliance for feature backport to all 5 existing Windows 10 versions.\\\\n• Led two overseas (China) Dev teams of 10+ each.
