Actively listening to clients, sharing what I know, and not being afraid to admit what I don\'t.Career highlights are too many to mention, but include- having the privilege to meet with global CEOs and CFOs as a global consumer equity analyst, getting \"under the bonnet\" of the automotive industry amongst others- with Goldman Sachs, building one of the first retail investment platforms- with Aon, advising the Minister of Finance of Kazakhstan on implementation of new insurance legislation- living and working in Russia and Kazakhstan in early post-Soviet era- working on the divestment of a £138bn AUM asset manager. Some of my most rewarding achievements have arisen from my \"side of desk commitments\"- leading colleague engagement initiatives to implement tangible actions, driving behavioural change of leadership teams and improving engagement scores during period of significant corporate disruption- establishing a diversity network before it was fashionable, or even adequately funded- actively involved in local autism support networks, to ensure there is an inclusive pathway for neurodiverse talent to access education and employment, and make a positive contribution.Alongside my business experience, I am also a psychologist, with an MBA, fluent in several languages and a bit of CFA thrown in for good measure. My current research interests include improving effectiveness of remote team collaboration, including knowledge transfer, as well as the digitisation of the UK pensions and investments industry.
