Responsible for leading business change management on the- Advanced Learner value stream, specialising in the distribution of academic books and journals for higher education and above- Roll-out of Jira Align, an enterprise portfolio management tool, to our Product and Technology teams- Evolution of the Product and Technology ways of working, including agile practices and the change delivery process2. Developed the change management capabilities within the PMO team through coaching and training; supported by the launch of a change management toolkit.3. Lead on change management activities within a structured framework (PROSCI), including the creation of strategies to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.4. Work closely with key partners across Product & Technology and wider business to map stakeholders and business processes, assess change impact and create targeted stakeholder engagement plans, including interventions to handle resistance.5. Design, develop and deliver change management materials: communications plan and collateral; resistance management plans; change impact assessments; stakeholder engagement and analysis.6. Facilitate workshops and document training requirements to support the design and delivery of training programs, and occasionally delivering training where required.
