Training Needs Adviser @Dundee And Angus College

With a passion for enterprise and partnership working my key focus is on supporting regional economic growth. With responsibility for delivery of the Tay Cities SME Skills Fund, I also support the wider Academic Teams. Acting as an ambassador for D&A College my role is to support local businesses by providing training needs analysis identifying the key skills gaps and training required within their organisation and supporting them to access a skilled training provision and solution to match their requirements. Working closely with both Industry and our Curriculum teams it is my role to encourage collaboration and partnership working to ensure that our offering is aligned with industry needs.
