I have a personal interest in human behaviour and how this can be cultivated to make a difference in the business world. I believe that people are what make the world go round and therefore focussing on how we get the best from ourselves and our teams is what takes organisations to the next level. My experience in many administration roles coupled with being part of HR Teams for over 8 years, has given me the ability to look at the big picture and break it down in order to get things done. Alongside my work in People & Culture, I am a qualified Personal Trainer. I’m passionate about helping others thrive not just at work, but in body and mind. I believe wellbeing is foundational to performance, and I’m excited to bring this to life in new ways.
