I have a proven track record of successfully resolving complex legal issues, managing risks, and creating policies that align with business objectives and legal standards.In my current role as the Assistant General Counsel for Liberty Energy, a leading publicly traded energy company, I oversee all litigation, compliance, and employment matters for the organization and its subsidiaries, as well as serving as the business partner for HSE (health, safety, and environmental).Additionally, I have presented on such topics as Conflicts of Interest for In House Counsel and Contractual Indemnities for the Association of Corporate Counsel.
