Year One (2025) Highlights:• Went from 34M emails sent via Braze in 2024 (before I arrived) to 196M and counting in 2025, all while maintaining a strong sender reputation and inbox deliverability. This 477%+ YOY growth was a result of syncing data across systems, which allowed us to consolidate customer engagement platforms.• Enabled 22 field teams, whose main day-to-day is not marketing, to send on-brand, inbox-friendly, localized emails through SmarterSends, synced with Braze.• Formed a cross-functional Email Experience Workgroup that met throughout the year to explore opportunities using Braze, resulting in- consistent audience and engagement tracking - the first iteration of a preference center - inspiration for the use of personalized content• Performed A/B testing with meaningful results - my top 2 favorites:+12% click-to-open rate by including membership status personalization +93% conversion rate from headline testing on email capture forms • Strived to empower a team that’s curious, learning daily, and is intentional about sharing wins (and opportunities to improve)
