ABOUT ELAINE A.

As the Director of Human Resources at Brat TV, I oversee the HR function for a leading digital media production company that creates original content for Gen Z audiences. I am a seasoned HR professional with over two decades of experience in both small and large-sized companies across various industries, with a deep foundation of skills, knowledge, and expertise in helping organizations achieve their goals and thrive. I am well versed in HR Operations, Talent Management, Employee Experience, HR Compliance, and Organizational & Employee Development. I am passionate on creating and contributing to a collaborative, authentic, positive and inclusive work environment where everyone is successful, achieves goals, and make things happen. Most recently my experience in small to mid-sized companies has been building and/or scaling the HR function and department from the ground up and executing on HR initiatives. I collaborate and partner closely with C-Suite and leadership to focus on transforming and improving processes, compliance, productivity, employee well-being, and company culture.
