ABOUT ELAINE WHEELER ASSOC.

I am an ERP Consultant with over 25 years of experience and currently provide consultancy and training for Microsoft Dynamics AX (2009 & 2012) on a wide range of topics from Sales & Customer Service to Warehousing and Logistics and have experience of implementing the full training lifecycle. I am also involved on various customer projects in the capacity of consultant and as such I am involved in the implementation and testing of the software. In the past I have worked with long term unemployed and ex-offenders in work based learning programs which were designed to help people back into the work place. I found this job both challenging and hugely rewarding. I have also worked in the Retail & Hospitality industry, training front and back office staff on a variety of systems including Hotel booking systems and EPOS I am eager to expand the knowledge that I have and I am keen to continue my own learning and development journey whilst helping my colleagues and clients with theirs. Specialties: I am an MCP and have completed Microsoft courses for Trade and Logistics, Bill of Materials and Financials in AX 2009. I have also completed the AX for Retail course Passionate about training, I hold Associate Member status at the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development CIPD.
