At West Dunbartonshire Council, my mission aligns seamlessly with the organization’s goals, as we work together to influence cultural change and strengthen community planning. My role allows me to contribute diverse perspectives, ensuring that every voice in our community is heard and valued.In my current role as Communities Manager, I lead a dedicated team in strategy development and execution, focusing on community empowerment and youth learning. Our efforts are centered around enabling greater participation in local governance and fostering social cohesion. The skills I\'ve honed in internal communications and stakeholder management have been pivotal in influencing culture change and supporting our community to thrive.
