ABOUT ELAINE RICHMOND
I am a Chartered Ecologist and Chartered Environmentalist, with almost 30 years\' of environmental consultancy experience. I have an in-depth knowledge of ecological issues associated with infrastructure projects and community development schemes throughout the project life cycle, as well as providing broader environmental consultancy advice. I pride myself on providing integrated and pragmatic solutions to allow effective project outcomes for clients, communities and the environment, with a focus on technical excellence. I am ambassador for ‘Safe, Healthy and Wellbeing’ in our working environment, and was delighted to be Award Sponsor for Stantec\'s Health Safety and Wellbeing STAR Award in 2021. I am also honoured to play an active part in Stantec’s Women Leadership Development Council. My collaborative leadership style and positive outlook motivates team leaders to maximise their own potential and that of their teams, through effective coaching and mentoring.
