Currently supporting the development of a province-wide volunteer program funded by Canada Service Corps. My responsibilities thus far include- Develop and implement volunteer recruitment processes as well as program standards of practice to create efficiency and enable knowledge sharing across teams- Develop presentations that promote volunteering and civic engagement amongst underserved youth- Design surveys that evaluate program outcomes and determine areas of improvement through a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods- Coordinate information sessions to promote the program and engage prospective volunteers- Coordinate volunteer retreat logistics in collaboration with program staff, ensuring event runs smoothly.
