I am pursuing a Master of Engineering degree in Fintech at Duke University, where I am learning to apply cutting-edge technologies and methods to the financial sector. Previously, I worked as a Finance Analyst at JSD Capital, a hedge fund that specializes in alternative investments and asset management. There, I created financial models, analyzed economic and business trends, and supported the expansion of the company\'s network in Asia. I have a strong background in mathematics, databases, and data analysis, which I acquired from my bachelor\'s degree at UC Davis and my internships at Huatai Securities and Tencent. As a Derivatives Trader at Huatai Securities, I explored market trading opportunities, developed and optimized hedging trading strategies, and carried out risk management and valuation for various derivative transactions. I also promoted the establishment of a derivatives management platform and a trading system, demonstrating my initiative and leadership skills. As an Operational Planner at Tencent, I coordinated with overseas teams, conducted user research and feedback, planned and executed operational activities, and monitored version planning and release for the WeTV App project. I gained valuable experience in collaborating with diverse stakeholders, planning and executing solutions, and delivering high-quality products. I am passionate about fintech and its potential to transform the financial industry and society. I am eager to join a team that shares this vision and values innovation, diversity, and excellence.
