As the Director of Investments & Operations, I am dedicated to ensuring the success and satisfaction of our valued investors throughout the entire investment process. My role involves close collaboration with various teams, from real estate acquisitions to sales, to ensure that our investment offerings are strategically aligned with our investor’s objectives. Working closely with our legal team, I am involved in drafting and reviewing essential documents, including operating agreements, private placement memorandums, and organizational charts, among others. My keen attention to detail and understanding of compliance requirements ensure that all documentation meets the highest standards and adheres to industry regulations.In previous roles, I successfully managed Investor Services departments, where I prioritized efficiency and exceptional support for an extensive investor base. This experience has provided me with a deep understanding of investor needs and expectations, which I continue to carry forward in my current position.Before my career in real estate investments, I had the privilege of working with a prominent retail brokerage team at CBRE. During my tenure, I got to work with amazing companies such as Caesars Hotel, Maple & Ash, SumoMaya, Sephora, and Tocaya Organica. Notably, I played a role in leasing properties like Uptown Plaza and Scottsdale Renaissance, showcasing my experience in tenant and landlord leasing and sales.Real estate is my passion, and I approach every project with dedication, integrity, and diligence. I am committed to making a lasting impact in the industry and believe that hard work and attention to detail are key to achieving success.
