Over a 25-year career spanning strategy consulting, strategic planning, value creation, and talent acquisition with a focus on the private equity, technology, and healthcare sectors. Early employee at Business Talent Group and one of the first Client Service professionals at the company. Helped scale the business and Client Service function - served as a trusted advisor to clients to deliver top-tier independent talent solutions, led numerous internal growth-oriented strategic initiatives and partnership efforts, and assumed multiple leadership roles within the company. Developed and pioneered the first integrated offering for BTG in collaboration with Heidrick & Struggles as ‘proof of concept’ for the synergies between the two firms, delivering 13 interim placements in the first eighteen months, prior to the acquisition of BTG by Heidrick & Struggles in 2021. Served over 500 clients during tenure at BTG and Heidrick. Most recently, built BTG’s Private Equity practice to be the fastest growing business practice in company history, advising private equity funds on talent strategies and leadership solutions for their portfolio companies. Specialties include interim C-suite and other senior level placements across all functional areas, as well as consulting talent placements for strategy, operations, and transformation projects. Prior to joining BTG, served in consulting, strategic planning, and business development roles at Walt Disney Company, Electronic Data Systems, Mercer Consulting, KPMG, and LEK Consulting.
