I am currently a Director for Professional Services at Copeland where I lead cross-functional and global teams across Field Services, Technical Services, Technical Support, and Project Management. I oversee execution of complex projects across the HVAC/R sectors, with a focus on speed, quality, and profitability. With a background in Materials Science and Engineering and an MBA from Georgia Tech, I bring both a technical and business insight to every challenge. My leadership approach balances near-term execution with long-term strategic thinking - building team capacity and skills while scaling sustainable growth. Over my career, I have grown project portfolios, expanded global teams, improved margins, and led through major organizational changes. I am passionate about operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and helping teams do their best work in high-stake environments.
