About Elaina Lee
I\'m a recent UVA graduate with the drive to understand complex, interconnected, multidisciplinary systems. Open-minded individual who uses strong interpersonal skills to balance a project’s needs with team member’s strengths. My experience in the semiconductor industry has honed my ability to learn quickly, make fast/strategic judgements, and manage a constantly changing scope of work. As a UVA Clark Scholars alum, and current TSMC employee, I have collaborated sucessfully with people from different social/economic/cultural backgrounds and nationalities. Through the UVA Clark Scholars program, I was given the opportunity to travel and study in Spain and Kenya to expand my perspective on global engineering applications, foreign work cultures, and stakeholder management. I\'ve also worn many hats as a member of the classical theatre troupe, Shakespeare on the Lawn, where I\'ve worked as an actor, set designer, props master, costumer, and special effects (blood) coordinator.In my spare time, I enjoy playing music, solving complicated sudokus, writing stories, and hiking (I\'m on a mission to visit every US national park).

Ion Implantation & Nano-diffusion - Maintain & qualify ion implanter tools (AMAT Trident, AiBT, SEN)- Resolve impediments to the day-to-day operations in semiconductor manufacturing- Perform rapid analysis and strategic judgements based on production volume and equipment conditions to prevent production line stoppage- Design, propose, & execute continuous improvement projects related to ion implantation in semiconductors- Collaborate with a team of 11 engineers and exchange work scope with team members to adapt to the daily challenges in maintaining advanced/sensitive manufacturing lines
