Achievements include: Baselining the requirements across the project, defining what baseline means and how to get there, Introducing a change control process to manage changes to requirements and their impact on the development backlog, Coaching and task setting for graduate and junior business analysts, Interviewing, training and knowledge transfer for new business analysts as the business analyst team size grew from 3 to 11, Requirements negotiation when they were not technically or time feasible, presenting problem scenarios and options to the client, in consultation with tech leads and architects, Analysis of end to end business processes to manage dependencies with other projects and ensure the right features are delivered to business users, Continuing to elicit and document requirements, analyse requirements, and challenge for quality, consistency, redundancy, overlap, conflicts Helping teams improve backlog management and tracking
