About Elad Amor
Before my transition into accounting and corporate finance roles, I began my career as scientist working in the lab and at hospitals, with a focus in Genetics and Clinical Medical Epidemiology. I have a deep passion and solid understanding of life science companies at their core. This foundation, combined with more than 14 years of extensive accounting and finance experience as a CPA in providing extensive accounting and finance leadership enables me to bring a uniquely informed perspective to strategic financial planning, scaling operations, and driving growth in the biopharmaceutical and medical technology sectors. I\'m the person you\'ll want to brainstorm with, before we even get to the numbers.LEADERSHIP PHILOSOPHYI believe that the foundation of great leadership begins with empathy. By understanding the unique perspectives and challenges faced by team members, I inspire and empower them to reach their full potential. Throughout my career, I\'ve built and scaled high-performing teams that drive corporate finance strategies by fostering a culture of trust, collaboration, and growth, which energizes me. I strive to create environments where people feel valued and heard, leading to increased profitability and sustainable success, while equally as important, being decisive about the tough decisions when change is required.A COUPLE OF CAREER HIGHLIGHTS Led finance and accounting team including general accounting and SEC reporting within senior management capacity at a publicly listed life science company, Motus GI (NASDAQ: MOTS) to commercial launches.
