About Ela Gore

I am a psychology and neuroscience graduate with a deep passion for understanding human behavior, building resilient systems, community leadership, and empowering individuals to thrive. My academic foundation in behavioral science, complemented by advanced coursework in neuroscience, equips me with a unique interdisciplinary lens that bridges the scientific understanding of the mind with practical human-centered application.During my internship at Cascadia Healthcare, I designed and facilitated emotional regulation groups, developed skill-building curricula, and provided one-on-one mental health support. In high-stress clinical environments, I learned to communicate with clarity, lead with empathy, and maintain psychological safety for individuals navigating complex emotional landscapes. These experiences refined my ability to manage conflict, foster collaboration, and support others in achieving sustainable emotional growth. In leadership roles, such as CEO of a student support network and President of a cultural union, I’ve built inclusive communities, aligned diverse stakeholders, and championed equity initiatives. My work as a research assistant and community dialogues facilitator reflects my enduring commitment to evidence-based interventions and cross-cultural engagement.I am driven by the belief that environments, whether clinical, organizational, or societal, can be designed to honor human complexity, foster psychological resilience, and unlock collective potential. I am seeking roles where I can contribute strategic insight, lead human-centered change, and grow into leadership in behavioral science, organizational development, or clinical practice. I am equally excited to pursue advanced studies to deepen my impact through research and evidence-based innovation.
