Currently, I am a Software Engineer II at Qualtrics on the AI/ML Platform Infrastructure team, where I focus on model onboarding, observability, and building the agentic experiences that empower our customers to do more with their data. I’ve always been drawn to the intersection of massive scale and high-stakes reliability, which is the thread that connects my career journey from Amazon to Walgreens and now to Qualtrics.Before joining Qualtrics, I was a Senior Software Engineer at Walgreens Boots Alliance, where I led the architecture for the Patient Engagement Service 2.0. I designed an event-driven system on Azure that supports over a million patients daily, ensuring they get the care they need while driving significant revenue growth for the Specialty Pharmacy. That role taught me how to lead engineering teams and translate complex business goals into secure, mission-critical technology. My foundation in high-performance engineering was built at Amazon, where I specialized in extreme optimization—most notably slashing the onboarding time for deep neural network models by 98% using AWS. Whether I’m architecting a global healthcare platform or building the infrastructure for the next generation of AI agents, my goal remains the same: to deliver impactful, low-latency capabilities that raise the bar for what technology can achieve.
