About Ekta Roy
I am currently working as a Senior Manager HRBP in the IPD (R&D) unit of Cipla. Formerly I was Manager- Talent Management and HR Analytics at Marico Limited. Before that I was working in the Group HR team of RPG Enterprises as a Group Management Resource (GMR). I have worked in group wide HR strategy projects and was the Lead Resource for GMR hiring from Campus across the group. I have also worked in several industry first initiatives like the Campus Metaverse, Digital Talent Track etc. Before venturing into HR I was a hardcore techie in the software industry and have worked in several projects in the domain of business intelligence, data warehousing and reporting. I am an MBA in HR from XLRI Jamshedpur - batch of 2019-21 and have also completed my undergraduate in engineering in Electronics and Communication in 2015. I am also a sports enthusiast and take great interest in watching and reading up on world cinema.
