I lead a project focused on strengthening early support systems for caregivers of children with or at risk of developmental delays and disabilities. Implemented in collaboration with the Women and Child Development Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh, the initiative aims to build a sustainable ecosystem through capacity building of Anganwadi workers and empowering caregivers as key agents of change.My role spans program design, end-to-end project management, stakeholder engagement, and implementation research - all directed toward developing scalable and sustainable models for early identification and caregiver support.
