Working closely with students, parents, and staff strengthened my ability to understand individual needs, resolve challenges, and foster supportive environments skills that naturally align with Human Resources.Driven by my passion for working with people and building productive workplaces, I completed a Human Resource Management course from Internshala, gaining hands-on knowledge in recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, and organizational behavior.
