As the Manager, DEI Learning & Development at Corewell Health, I am a globally focused, locally engaged, cultural intelligence and inclusion educator, learning and development designer, and strategic diversity, equity, and inclusion professional. In this role, I serve the system by leveraging these experiences and aptitudes to cultivate learning and development opportunities, shepherd system change through education, and advance the work of diversity, equity and inclusion by using a health equity and human-centered lens-Strategic translator and implementer of DEI and cultural intelligence strategy at the intersection of learning and development-Help drive strategic efforts to retain, develop, and drive inclusion while championing a diverse workforce across Corewell Health-Create and deliver educational materials and training programs to curate a culture of inclusion-Translate knowledge into various platforms and media for the benefit of an engaged and diverse team member population-As part of the DE & I team, work diligently to create engaging content fit for a variety of learning styles and audiences.
