Construction leader with 20+ years of experience delivering large-scale capital projects across hyperscale data centers, AI infrastructure, and complex commercial developments. I specialize in executing mission-critical construction programs that require tight coordination between engineering, operations, and construction teams while maintaining strict control of cost, schedule, safety, and quality. Currently, I am leading construction for a $13B hyperscale AI data center campus in Abilene, Texas, a 4 million SF development with 1.2 GW capacity designed to support next-generation AI workloads. The project includes large-scale base building delivery, advanced MEP systems, hybrid cooling infrastructure including liquid cooling, and integration of a dedicated gas-fired power plant to enable phased energization and scalable growth. I am responsible for coordinating contractors, driving schedule performance, managing risk, and ensuring successful commissioning and turnover of mission-critical infrastructure. Previously, I led construction management for hyperscale data center campuses delivering 600 MW+ of capacity across multiple builds, while improving schedule performance, optimizing contracts, and delivering measurable cost savings. My experience spans the full project lifecycle—from planning and procurement through construction execution, commissioning, and operational readiness. Across my career, I have delivered complex projects including hyperscale data centers, high-rise towers, large commercial facilities, and infrastructure developments across the United States and the Middle East, managing multidisciplinary teams and multi-million to multi-billion-dollar programs. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, a Master’s in Construction Management from Arizona State University, an MBA, and professional certifications including PMP and CDCDP. I am passionate about delivering the infrastructure that powers cloud, AI, and the digital economy while building high-performing teams and driving innovation in construction delivery.
