Responsible for the development of a French portfolio of restructuring and complex transactions and all aspects of the transaction from indicative offer, syndication and execution- Perform a professional and independent review of all documentation, providing comments to legal counsel, including successor opportunities- Coordination and on boarding of new transactions and effecting a successful hand over to the client services team for all post-closing administration- Managing special situation debt including but not limited to Insolvencies, Bankruptcy and Scheme of Arrangements- Negotiating complex transactions, managing amendment to existing transactions, managing default and accelerated loans, investigating resolutions, working closely with clients and ensuring all technical content and terms of the documentation are correct, workable and compliant with internal standards together with analysing the transaction’s structure- Management of performing and non performing credit transactions, assessing on-going risks, taking account of legal and regulatory requirements- Provide high level quality support to all areas of the business- On-going liaison with relevant business areas, parties to the transaction: Syndication Team, Legal, Treasury, Transaction Management and Operations- Managing client expectations ensuring a smooth and high standard of service delivery- Ensuring security documentation is acceptable and enforceable and all security taken- Managing and reconciliation of received collateral
