I’m driven to modernize healthcare education and policy by bridging the gap between clinical training, workforce realities, and system reform. My work centers on building sustainable mentorship models, advancing equitable access to care, and empowering the next generation of clinicians to lead — not just practice — within evolving health systems. PAs are trained in the medical model with over 120 credit hours (post-grad) and more than 2500 clinical rotation hours required to graduate with a masters degree.(This is more than most doctorates require!)Questions?
