I am a natural connector whose two core skills are words (speaking, writing or reading) and service. My background is in engineering but I have a wide range of experiences in AI, product design, product management and marketing. I love public speaking, engaging with new people, and challenging others to explore new ways of solving problems.I have a track record of success in meeting deadlines and delivering projects. With lots of experience taking on a new challenge, defining requirements, leading cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment and driving solutions to bring an idea from concept to reality. I have also launched new products into the market and supported a large sales team. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of managing multi-disciplinary teams consisting of Business Executives, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, HR, Sales and Services. I pride myself on being a forward-thinking, loyal, hardworking and flexible leader.When I am not working, you\'ll find me mentoring college students, reading a historical fiction novel, playing the guitar, singing or watching America\'s Got Talent golden buzzer reels.
