About Ekjyot Singh Rehsi

I have been in the IT/Telecom space for over 10 years now and in this long journey, I have come across various roles and responsibilities. If there is one thing that this journey has taught me then it is to be up to date with all the current technologies as well as understanding your key Vendors as well as Stakeholders in a Project/Operations environment. Because of which, this zeal that I possess, of learning new advancements, has led to me lead multiple teams in short-term as well as long-term projects in the Telecom/IT space. These opportunities have led me to not only create good, strong bonds with my seniors, but also has led me to be open-minded about various constraints a customer faces. Talking about Customer Intimacy, I love to dig into customer problems and solve them with modern technology. To do this, I use my experience in UX, understand the key results and leverage amazing rapport that I have with my team. But most importantly, I try to rectify the issues within a short span of time that leads to revenue generation.I also help in scaling and optimising various Project functionalities. This is primarily because I believe that the Customer is the end User who is trying to procure a service from me and that is the precise reason why I help in planning and executing each and every Project Stage that matters the most.
