As a Certified Payroll Manager with over 10 years of experience in the field, I have successfully managed and processed payroll for thousands of employees across multiple global countries, US and Canada. At SmileDirectClub, I led the payroll team and ensured the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of the bi-weekly multi-state payroll for employees in the US, as well as the monthly and bi-weekly payroll for the UK and Australia. I also worked closely with the HRIS team, the third-party payroll provider, and the management to reconcile and balance payroll data, implement payroll operations policies, create payroll audit reports, and assist with quarterly and annual tax reconciliation.
