Coordinate EPC project management team activities for offshore and onshore oil & gas operations, including material movement from vendors, yards, ports, and project sites- Plan and control logistics schedules to support construction, fabrication, installation, and commissioning phases- Manage transportation of oversized, heavy lift, seafastening, and critical materials using land, sea, and port logistics in compliance with project requirements- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping agents, transporters, and port authorities for vessel chartering, marine spread, and cargo handling- Monitor import/export and domestic shipment documentation (PO, DO, packing list, invoice, B/L, COO) and support customs clearance processes- Ensure materials are delivered in accordance with technical specifications, HSE standards, marine warranty, insurance, and project quality requirements- Track material status using material control and logistics tracking systems; resolve discrepancies, delays, or damage issues- Support offshore mobilization and demobilization activities, including vessel scheduling, load-out, and load-in operations.
