Dare to do” instead of “what if”! This is my motivation. This is what I pass on. As a nurturer at heart. As a digital and diversity evangelist, experienced leader, mentor and entrepreneur. Courage requires change. For more than 20 years I have been facilitating change and bringing digititalisation and diversity in top of mind. In the last 10+ years I have been partner and board member of a digital agency, crafted digital strategies, mentored young leaders, lectured at universities, have been key note speaker of industry events, trained body language, facilitated teams, maximized company values, invested, enabled diversity programs. My current adventure is meeting the fundamental changes of digital marketing within a small team of experienced entrepreneurs and young agency founders. Together, we connect deep experience in established marketing organizations with social-fueled mindsets and digital capabilities of the “GenZ”. Thus, we create a space to rethink people and media as is, tearing down walls between brands and agencies and enabling the paradigm shift towards social-first brands - at all levels.
