Supporting related site minor works /capital projects and ensuring compliance with applicable GES /EHS standards. • Monitor and investigate service partner contract service levels and escalate remediation activities as required. • Administrating the Permit to Work process and ensuring all routine /non-routine high-risk activities comply with SSOW. • Supporting RCA and investigations for engineering related issues or failures, working with appropriate stakeholders.• Overseeing gap reviews of environment health and safety /global engineering standards, hazardous area requirements to ensure continued compliance with all engineering codes and requirements. • Driving continuous improvement by identifying cost, energy, and efficiency opportunities. Facilitate frequent walkthroughs (i.e. GEMBA) within the facilities and pilot plants involving business and service partners.• Improving the sustainability and efficiency of the facilities and/or pilot plants including the identification of waste, driving implementation of energy savings projects and contributing to engineering aspects of sustainability and energy reduction programs.
