   Applies comprehensive technical knowledge and experience with the Air Traffic Safety Action Program (ATSAP) to oversee the development of automated systems that provide the status of safety data trends and for maintaining the Partnership for Safety (PFS) website, the Safety Data Portal, and the air traffic controller information portal (ATCInfohub). Responsible for planning and coordinating the PFS program and for promoting communications and data sharing to help identify safety risks.\\\\n\\\\nBy applying experience with mandatory reporting requirements and voluntary, confidential safety reporting, encourages employees to become actively engaged in identifying local hazards and developing safety solutions before an incident occurs. Uses experience on Local Safety Councils (LSC) to develop policy, guidance and support for the PFS program. By using collaboration to foster a culture of mitigating risk at air traffic control facilities across the country, assists LSC’s to identify safety trends at their facilities and to make informed decisions on addressing issues identified by these trends.\\\\n\\\\nUses advanced skill in negotiation and collaboration to work effectively with national labor unions, including the National Air Traffic Controllers Association (NATCA) to foster a culture of mitigating risk at air traffic facilities throughout the NAS. Contacts are routinely internal and external to the Safety and Technical Training Service Unit and include representatives from national labor organizations and facility managers at each air traffic facility. Represents FAA as a senior technical point of contact on the PFS and may create new solutions and interpret policy, as the situation requires\\\\n\\\\n
