My career started in the British Army, where I embedded operational excellence and transformed ICT communications in hostile and remote environments.After a brief interlude working with the travelling press corps, I led communications planning at The Royal British Legion, before joining the House of Commons as Chief of Staff to an MP and government minister. Since then, I have delivered organisational and cultural change at Avery Products Corporation. I overhauled the operational footprint, increased in-house production to 33.4 million units shipped, slashed costs by 26%, reduced stock loss by 90%, and enabled record revenue.I diversified revenue streams and defied global disruption by securing a supply of critical, high-yield products during the global pandemic.Most recently, I have led an unprecedented and comprehensive people plan across 12 sites in 7 European countries.Outside of work, I fundraise for local causes and am involved with my local Parish Council to help strengthen community networks.I am always interested in expanding my professional connections.
