About Jessica Jones
I’m a Product Designer with 5+ years of experience in e-commerce and SaaS, specializing in interaction and visual design. I leverage user research to drive product improvements, creating meaningful and impactful experiences. With over 15 years of experience in marketing and design production, I bring a unique skill set that blends visual design, digital production, and user-centered problem-solving. My journey to UX began in graphic design for print and evolved into digital production and a role as subject matter expert (SME) for digital assets for the responsive website. This experience ultimately led me to user-centered projects. As an Interaction Designer at Bose, working on the e-commerce website shaped my approach to solving complex problems. A key project at Bose was introducing a virtual demonstration of the noise-canceling capabilities of the Bose Quiet Comfort Headphones on the Product Description Page (PDP). Adding this demo capability to the website led to an increased conversion rate of 22%. Complementing my hands-on experience is a Master’s degree in User-Centered Design from Brandeis University, which influenced my work as a Product Designer for Ninety.io, a SaaS company offering business operating software (BOS): Design and iterate scalable, user-friendly features for business software, improving usability and efficiency. Leverage user research to refine products, driving engagement and retention.🤝 Partner with developers to implement seamless, responsive experiences. In my next role, I want to be a collaborative, cross-functional partner—working closely with Product, UX, Marketing, and Engineering teams to shape design strategy, drive innovation, and continue growing as a designer. I’m drawn to companies with a strong, supportive culture where I can build meaningful relationships across teams and contribute to thoughtful, impactful work. I’m currently seeking a full-time mid- to senior-level product design role and am open to both remote and hybrid opportunities: to view my portfolio e••••••••@gmail.com to connect via email : User Research (Interviews, Surveys, Usability Testing), Wireframing & Prototyping, UX Audit & Heuristic Evaluation, Visual Design & Typography, High-Fidelity Mockups, and Responsive Design.
