Champion the Project Safety culture, behaviors, and engagement activities. Identifying, evaluating, and resolving along the asset holder/ end user team Construction / pre-commissioning/ commissioning issues during the EPC phase of the contract works. Ensure the EPC Contractor maintains an effective HSE plan in Construction Site during construction /pre- commissioning / commissioning, and start-up of the Project. Coordinating with asset holder/ end user and other PMC accountabilities to resolve the issue at site as required. verification witness of close out punch points in final register in order to issue the MCC/PCC/RFC/RFSU/PAC/FAC certificates to move for pre-commissioning activities.Closely monitor to SCDB / WIN PCS in order to achieve the milestone, PSSR walk-down has to be organise with end user to finding the A & A1 categories punch points commissioning/Start-up related.
