Currently working as, Head –Operation and looking after CRCA-Wider section, CRCA-Narrow section, H&T and managing coating section at Tata steel Sahibabad, U.P. TSS is having plant capacity of 0.85 million tons/year with 50% CRCA and 50% GP/GL/PPGI/PPGL. The role and responsibilities are:1. To look after all Plant operations, equipped with Hitachi mill (1700mm), 6Hi cold rolling reversing mill (1250mm & 1050mm) Annealing with 25 furnaces supplied by M/s Abner, SPM from Clesim and other supporting highly automated equipment by OEM like FIMI CTL etc.2. Responsible for availability of Raw Material to the supply of Finished Goods to the customer3. To ensure Profit Margin, Product wise and customer wise 4. To ensure optimum cost of production and minimum yield loss.5. To address the workers issue and maintain the statutory compliances. To ensure the quality and timely delivery of product7. To ensure maximum utilization of plant8. To develop capability to lead the organization among managers and maximise the efficiency of the workmen.9. To meet quarterly and yearly Budget and 10. To plan for capacity increase and growth in business every year.• Reporting to EPH and VP-TSM• Expertise in handling the complete operations related to plant, entailing production, QA, planning, resource utilization, maintenance, quality management & manpower management• Proficient in carrying out installation & commissioning of 6Hi Cold Rolling reversing mill and CNC Roll Grinding Machine and other process lines.• Holds the merit of visiting:o Germany for clearance of pre-acceptance test of CNC grinding machine made by Waldrich Germany during Oct’03o Romania for attending training on CNC Roll Grinding M/c• A team player with exceptional analytical, decision making, planning & problem-solving skills
