Early in his career, worked as lead engineer for a tier one supplier to Newport News Shipbuilding and Electric Boat Division managing special order components.Over hours of experience designing with pro-engineer with focus on operator stations & cabs, engine systems, steering systems, structural chassis design and mechanical lift systems and is certified in hydraulics system design. Other skills include FEA, Design for Six Sigma, Off Road Vehicle Dynamics, Easy 5x simulation, and certified as a pro-engineer model master at John Deere.Best known for bringing teams of highly talented individuals together and executing complex projects. He has led teams of up to 50 team members on Global projects with $30M budgets with team members located on multiple continents.
