   In this position as a customer service rep for providers and for hospital facilities or groups practices,I’ll take inbound calls and some outbound calls on a daily basis, also answering questions that pertain toenrollment, billing claims, member eligibility, transportation, and lastly some credentialing questions.Also, I answer out of the Norm questions as well and I will do re-searching through mass.gov websiteand other applications that have been provided to me by the company. Daily use of spreadsheets, and if Ican’t answer the question, I will escalate the call to the state to get the issue or concern addressed whenIf needed, I will give out contact information pertaining to the question or issue the person calling about orhas so they can contact the department directly to get their question answered that we cannot answerover the phone. I also look over documents that have been received from providers or group facilitiesto see if everything is correct and if not, I will advise the person to resend it and advise what is missingso that they can correct the problem and then get their documents processed as soon as possiblewith no delay. Also, I work off of spreadsheets and daily emails and chats through the company to keepupdated with any changes to a protocol and relay the information to the reps calling on the phone. I usethe MMIS in the CMS system as well.
