About Eitan Armon

Passionate about the intersection of healthcare innovation and finance and aspiring to bridge the gap between management teams and investors. I am an Equity Research Associate at Leerink Partners, a leading healthcare boutique bank, covering Distribution & HCIT. Previously, I was a New Ventures Analyst at Redesign Health, specializing in early-stage health tech and services. I conducted due diligence on 10+ seed-stage deals and executed two of them. Before Redesign Health, I worked as a Product and Growth Manager at Lin Health, where I co-led D2C customer acquisition efforts with the CEO. I also spent some time at Halle Capital Management as a Summer Analyst, conducting due diligence and presenting acquisition targets to the investment team. Prior to my professional experiences, I served in the Israel Defence Forces as a Sharpshooter, where I learned resilience, teamwork, leadership skills, and discipline. I also enrolled in several Training the Street programs to enhance my financial analysis and modeling technique knowledge with a number of mock projects. In my spare time, I enjoy outdoor sports (back-country skiing, rock climbing, and high-altitude hiking) and volunteering for the Foundation Fighting Blindness.
