I am a Senior Organizational Consultant, Executive Coach, and Academic Lecturer with over two decades of experience partnering with leaders, teams, and organizations to drive goal achievement and organizational success.My purpose is to support vision-driven executives and organizational teams in achieving meaningful goals, navigating change with confidence, and translating aspirations into measurable outcomes.I work closely with CEOs and senior leadership teams on executive development and strategic leadership growth.
