Experience

1. Lead, Data and Analytics Training Team, United Nations

   I am the lead of the new dedicated Data and Analytics Training Team (DATT), with the development and delivery of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) training across the global UN Secretariat as a main priority. Other key activities include the publication of a \"one-stop shop\" online Learning Catalogue for all UN personnel, the development of training completion analytics, Learning and Development master data management, the adoption of new technologies including AI and NLP and the identification of key areas for improvement. I am also responsible for establishing a cohesive team of trainers and mentors to ensure that SAC is effectively utilized within the organization. Our goal is to enable UN staff and managers, as well as the Member States, to make better decisions based on greater data understanding, and cultivate an analytics-driven culture.
