Key Responsibilities:Data Collection & Analysis-Assist graduate students in collecting and organizing data during research trials-Record accurate measurements, observations, and experimental results in accordance with research protocols-Support the preparation of data summaries and reports for presentations and publications.Laboratory Work-Perform basic lab procedures, including sample preparation, testing, and equipment maintenance-Follow standard operating procedures to ensure accuracy and safety in lab work-Maintain a clean and organized lab environment.Animal Care & Feeding-Feed, water, and monitor the health and well-being of research birds, adhering to animal welfare guidelines-Perform daily checks to ensure optimal conditions for the birds, including maintaining appropriate housing, temperature, and ventilation-Assist with the handling and sampling of birds, including collecting blood, tissue, or other samples.Research Trial Execution-Assist in setting up and running research trials, ensuring all tasks are carried out on schedule-Operate research equipment and assist in troubleshooting technical issues during trials-Support graduate students in adhering to experimental protocols and quality control measures.
