Carrying out one to one career interviews with students & graduates to support them with career related decisions• Providing expert career progression and recruitment advice particularly on the games, animation and digital sectors during one to ones (face to face, phone, Skype and email), in lectures and in workshops• Designing and delivering interactive workshops on a range of career management areas including LinkedIn, Twitter, networking, CVs, Job Search (hidden and advertised), and Interviews • Developing new on-line, printed and video materials in collaboration with colleagues across the University • Building up strong relationships with employers and alumni and organising popular industry panel events with them which have been running since 2015. • Devising bespoke workshops on networking skills to prepare students for the annual showcase events in Middlesbrough and London • Liaising with academic colleagues in the planning and delivery of sessions and connecting employers to academic contact and Associate Deans• Adopting new technology and contributing actively to the moral of the team by sharing my knowledge with them.
