I am frequently left responsible for opening and closing the store. •My quick learning ability has been pivotal in delivering high-quality service and dealing with customer inquiries in a professional manner and showing initiative. •I have gained experience handling phone calls and emails from customers and different departments, providing support, solutions and showing strong communication.•I must ensure that health and safety is upheld in the store, especially when working in the petrol station. I regularly carry out safety checks, sign sheets and speak to auditors.
