Executive Director of Northern Ireland Resources Network, leading a collaborative network of civil society organisations working in reuse, repair and community benefit across Northern Ireland. My work focuses on partnership between civil society, local authorities and government, ensuring community experience and delivery insight inform policy development and implementation.I work closely with member organisations and local authorities through structured forums, place-based engagement and early-stage policy work, supporting shared learning and joint approaches to delivery. Alongside this, I bring senior commercial and sustainability experience from FTSE 100 companies, including as Head of Sustainable Development at Travis Perkins plc, with a particular interest in policy development, engagement and systems change.
